Lo-fi Zine Assignment

Task 1 -

These images are taken at different times of the day and then are put into a program that makes the photo looks old and gives it a  polariod effect. I shall be using these images on in my Zine. The ones taken at night are using a slow shutter speed to make the images to look different and have a day time effect. The rest are just taken during the day, using natural light.

Task 2 -

Martin Parr
French Edition of Signs of the Times

These Martin Parr images off home are shot off just a certain item, showing different part off the house. It makes the house look interesting if you are just showing certain features off it.

These images are taken about Grant Hamilton, his images are using just colour. Just using blocks off colours in the images. As most of them just use blocks off colour. Some are buildings which are taken use certain angels and only focus on a certain part.

This Lo-Fi Zine is made by Pedro Ramo, He makes a certain number off them. This copy made was 150, signed and numbered. It has 32 pages and used digital printing. The Zine is called '
Black Scabbard Research Centre'

This Lo-Fi Zine was made by Kamgummi, This Zine is called 'Mad Rush' it has a collection off images that show the before/after off the storm in NYC last summer. It printed 100 copies.

Task 3 -

These images are taken using natural light, using a range of landscape and portait. The locations is my house, taking different images around it. I have choosen these to use natural light and colour cause it doesnt hide anything and shows it as it is.

Task 4 -
These are the final images that I am going to use for my Lo-Fi Zine.

I have choosen these final images because they stand out from the others. I took sereval different images and then put them into a program which gives the photos a polaiod effect. I arrived at the final edit by trying out different photos and seeing which looks the best, taking new photos which could work for a polariod image and would look good in a Lo-Fi Zine.
